Policies
- Rates are in US dollars, based on double occupancy
- There is an additional fee of $10.00USD per person per night per additional person
- Children under 12 stay for free in parents room
- There is a 9% hotel tax additional
- For reservation: 3 nights minimum required
- Walk-ins welcome
- Check in time: 2pm
- Check out time: 12pm
- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Travelers Check, US & Belize currency
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due on arrival.
- If a cancellation is received in writing before 45 days prior to the visitor’s arrival at Finca Villa there will be a full refund in addition to a $50USD cancellation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later.
